Seattle U Law’s event administration staff helps plan and execute events, including meetings, lunches, and. We strive to provide excellent service to ensure that all events run smoothly and reflect well on the law school.
All events at the law school must be calendared through the Event Administration staff.

Space in Sullivan Hall is scarce; to ensure space is available, organizers are required to submit an event request no less than three weeks prior to your event.
Major conferences, receptions, and dinners require at least 3 months notice.
Law school events that take place in another campus building must also be scheduled through our staff.
Catering requests for law school events also must be directed to our staff.
For support with digital and printed materials to promote your event, contact David Sandler. To provide the MarCom office with sufficient time, requests should be made at least 6 weeks in advance.
