Online Registration Times

Your registration appointments will be available on mySeattleU two weeks before registration begins.

Fall and spring semesters

Fall and spring registration times are assigned by program, class year and registration group in the following order:

1. Full-time 3L students (ordered by registration group)
2. Flex 3L students (register for elective credits only)
3. Full-time 2L students ordered by registration group)
4. Flex 2L students (register for elective credits only)
5. LLM and MLS students

Students are assigned registration groups (A, B, C or D) before their first registration. This will remain your group until you graduate. We rotate through the registration groups each fall and spring registration period. The registration order for Fall 2024 – Spring 2026 is:

• Fall 2024: D, C, B, A
• Spring 2025: B, A, D, C
• Fall 2025: C, D, A, B
• Spring 2026: A, B, C, D

Summer semesters

Summer registration times are assigned by program and class year in the following order:

1. Full-time and Flex 3L students
2. Full-time 2L students
3. LLM and MLS students

Time conflicts

Contact the Registrar if you will not have computer access during your registration appointment time. We cannot reassign your appointment to an earlier time due to a conflict, but we can register you manually at your registration time.
