LEAD-WA

The LEAD-WA Diversity Fellowship Program was established to provide opportunities for traditionally underrepresented first-year law students in Washington State. Selected fellows will be offered a paid 1L summer position at one of the participating employers. Students from Seattle University, University of Washington, and Gonzaga law schools participate.

This year’s LEAD-WA application process has concluded. The LEAD-WA program description for Summer 2026 will be advertised as information becomes available in Fall 2025.
