Meet the Bar Success team

Isabel Freitas Peres is the Director of Bar Success and Adjunct Professor of Law at Seattle University School of Law. She teaches the Bar Strategies and Skills course for third year law students. Isabel is a licensed attorney in both the State of New York and the State of Washington, and uses her experience from preparing for Bar exams to design a class that focuses on an intensive and substantive review of Bar tested materials coupled with strategies and exercises to improve students' test-taking skills.

Megan Motley is the Associate Director of Academic Excellence and Bar Success and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seattle University School of Law. She teaches Legal Analysis for the Bar Exam. After several years of working with the Academic Excellence team, Megan now works with 3Ls and recent grads to develop their knowledge and skills in preparation for the bar exam. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Washington and practiced family law for five years.
