SJD Admission

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for admission:

• The candidate must hold a JD, an LLM, or an equivalent graduate law degree.
• The candidate’s graduate law degree must make them eligible to practice law in their country and/or jurisdiction.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Completed PDF application (including personal statement)
• Resume or C.V.
• A substantive research proposal on your dissertation topic*
• Two letters of recommendation
• Transcripts (unofficial suffice for admission purposes)
• English Language Proficiency Scores (waived if English is first language or primary language of instruction)
