Involvement

I currently serve as the elected Student Bar Association (SBA) President and previously acted at the SBA Communications Director as well as an SBA 1L Representative. I am also a proud member of the Law Review, presently working on a comment addressing book bans and their effect on public education. As an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Member this year, I placed third in the National Client Counseling Competition and qualified for two regional ADR Competitions. In addition, I also work as a research assistant to Professor Chryssa Deliganis.

Passion

There is such privilege in having the ability to pursue a legal education; I believe that we, as future lawyers, have a duty to use the tools we have been given to assist others within and outside of the legal community. Investing in our communities may start by serving as legal advocates, but fostering long-term relationships requires members of our field to create inclusive spaces with trust and transparency at their core, and to remain open to other perspectives and backgrounds of those we have the honor to serve. I am grateful to my SU Law community for giving me a platform and to those who have extended a hand to help me continue reaching my full potential as a leader and forever learner.
