Involvement
At SU Law, I actively held numerous leadership roles though several student organizations and was an associate editor for the American Indian Law Journal (AILJ). Also, I helped establish and served on the inaugural board of the first Filipino Law Students Association (FLSA) in Washington state.
Passion
Advocacy is how I want to give back to my community. I witnessed people get exploited by unfair power dynamics in work and in personal relationships, along with the lack of access to care for victims of abuse and exploitation. To combat the lack of access to care for these individuals, I aspire to be a resource for people lacking access to help and to guide them through their unique experiences. My life goal is to ensure there is always an advocate for victims of exploitation who will advocate for them.
