Rob is the founder of InTown Legal, a boutique law firm focused on business, commercial real estate and communications infrastructure matters. Prior to opening his own firm, Rob practiced with two Southeastern regional firms and served as in-house counsel with a NASDAQ traded technology company.
Rob’s practice involves projects across a wide-variety of business law and commercial real estate matters. This includes numerous contract matters, mergers and acquisitions, extensive communications lease matters (cell tower ground lease and roof top leases) along with a more general commercial real estate component to his law practice.
Complementing his professional pursuits, Rob his committed to improving his community. Rob is a board member of the MillionMile Greenway, a national non-profit organization that provides micro grants to groups for their use in creating and maintaining greenways and trails in their communities. In Atlanta, Rob was a founding member of a neighborhood park conservancy and was a long-time board member with the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Rob has also been a presenter and moderator for continuing legal education programs on wireless communications lease matters. During Seattle University School of Law’s SITIE 2020, Rob served as a moderator for Seattle University School of Law’s program on “What Would it Take to Connect All of Greater Seattle’s Neighborhoods with Walking and Biking Trails?”
Rob graduated with a B.A. in History from Auburn University and received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where he was a member of the law review and its editorial board. Rob is a member of the State Bar Associations of Washington and Georgia and recently relocated back to Seattle after living in Atlanta the last 20 years.
