Biography
Chad Smith is a Member of Ironmark Law Group, PLLC and is a former Examining Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has more than 17 years of experience working with large and boutique law firms and has extensive experience in the management and enforcement of domestic and international trademark portfolios. Chad works with start-ups and large institutional clients in formulating worldwide trademark protection and registration strategies. His experience also includes the protection, registration, and enforcement of copyrights as well as representing clients in domain name disputes and in matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
