Michael Santana is a 1992 graduate of the CUNY School of Law. After graduating law school, he practiced for five years in New York City. In 1998, he accepted a clerkship with the Washington Supreme Court, and from 1999-2004 he was an assistant professor of legal writing at Vermont Law School and the University of Montana School of Law. At both these schools, he taught first-year legal writing and appellate advocacy. In 2005, he started an online law school preparatory course for entering law students that existed until 2013.
