Aaron Rocke practices employment law. Aaron helps businesses and non-profit organizations move beyond compliance to install best practices promoting profitable dignity in the employment relationship, and he litigates employment matters. He advocated a case before the Washington State Supreme Court in Kumar v. Gate Gourmet Inc., which established new law on accommodations in the workplace.
Mr. Rocke has taught trial skills and coached students in mock trial competitions at both Seattle University School of Law and University of Washington School of Law. He wrote and taught on non-compete agreements anticipating recent legislative changes. In business planning, he coaches managing partners and teaches law students.
Aaron also gives back to the profession and the community by serving on committees that govern the state bar examination and judicial candidate evaluations. His board service has included KUOW and several other non-profit organizations in the arts, and his clients include organizations in the arts, housing, and service to people with disabilities.
