Biography

Geoff Palachuk is a Partner with DLA Piper’s nationally ranked Real Estate and Construction groups. He specializes in large, complex contracts and construction projects (ranging from $1M to $5B) across the United States. Those projects include major public infrastructure, data centers, schools/universities, stadiums, convention centers, mixed-use projects, and renewable energy facilities. He also manages high stakes disputes and risk mitigation strategies for some of the largest projects in the world, including multi-jurisdictional disputes and the successful resolution of claims exceeding nine figures.
