Biography

Kim Otte, M.A., J.D., is the Director of Compliance for Amazon's Healthcare Services. Prior to joining Amazon in 2022, Otte worked at Mayo Clinic for twenty years as legal counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Risk Officer. She holds a J.D. and Masters in Philosophy, both from the University of Minnesota.
