Stephen Leptich

Biography

Stephen is a technology transactions and intellectual property attorney at K&L Gates. His practice focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for hardware, software, licensing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, development, roaming, and services. Stephen previously served as VP, Legal Affairs at T-Mobile USA, Inc., where he negotiated contracts, worked closely with business leaders to launch customer-facing products, and developed and implemented compliance programs.
