Biography
Jessica C. Kuchan is an attorney in private practice in Washington state. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Gonzaga University and earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. Jessica works on a variety of water resource issues including creating and managing water banks and other mitigation programs. Jessica assists clients with acquisition, transfer, and adjudication of water rights, compliance with public water system regulations, environmental review and compliance with various state and federal environmental regulations.
