Biography
Jason Epstein is the founder and front-man at Premier Law Group, a personal injury and employment law firm based in Bellevue, Washington. With over two decades of legal experience, Jason leads a team dedicated to client-centered advocacy. He has built a firm known for achieving impactful results for victims of negligence and workplace injustices.
Jason launched Premier Law Group in 2009. Prior to that he earned a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in 2001 and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Southern California. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to become a trusted name in Washington's legal community. Jason's practice reflects a deep commitment to personalized service and access to justice, principles that define the mission of Premier Law Group.
In addition to his legal work, Jason has served as teaching faculty for the ABA's Critical Trial Skills program and is an alumnus of the prestigious Trial Lawyers College. His community involvement includes serving as a Settlement Guardian Ad Litem in King County and launching local outreach efforts such as the Backpack Program for Homeless Students and Premier Law Group's Teacher of the Month Initiative.
Jason has received multiple honors, including the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, recognition as a Washington Super Lawyer for many years, and selection as one of America's Most Honored Professionals. He frequently presents on trial advocacy and litigation strategy, sharing insights drawn from major verdicts and settlements, including multimillion-dollar recoveries in vehicle collision cases.
