Biography

Sarah Haywood Eaton is a civil rights attorney at Disability Rights Washington (DRW) where she has worked on systemic impact litigation, monitoring facilities that serve people with disabilities including community settings, investigating abuse and neglect of people with disabilities, and providing technical assistance services to people across the state. She joined Disability Rights Washington in 2013 after graduating magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law where she received the Dean's Medal for the graduating class of 2013. During her time at Seattle University, Sarah interned with the Unemployment Law Project, Legal Voice, and the Northwest Justice Project. She also served in Seattle University's Civil Rights Amicus Clinic and as the Managing Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice.
