Biography
Jennifer Dumas is the Senior Lead Counsel, Commercial at Apollo.io , where she partners with customers and internal teams to structure clear, business-forward agreements that accelerate deals while managing legal and commercial risk. Jennifer brings nearly thirty years of solving complex legal issues for high growth, disruptive companies to her role at Apollo, including as General Counsel at The Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Vice President of Legal at Chef Software, where she was the chief legal advisor from Chef's first commercial deal through seven years of exponential growth. Ms. Dumas began her career in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and is a frequent speaker on a range of topics including contract drafting and negotiation, open source licensing, start-up law and artificial intelligence.
