Biography

Rachel is an accomplished litigator who represents clients in the aviation, consumer product, and wine industries. With a solid track record in state and federal courts nationwide, she brings extensive experience on high-stakes and complex product liability cases.

Rachel’s in-depth knowledge of the aviation sector distinguishes her as an effective advocate in the courtroom. Her aviation background includes representing an aircraft manufacturer in litigation arising from air crashes and in-flight injuries, among other things. Rachel’s familiarity with the aviation sector is broad. She has also advised manufacturers of autonomous vehicle systems on how to minimize product liability risk through design, manufacture, and information strategy. More generally, Rachel has defended online marketplaces against injury claims arising out of consumer products.

Rachel collaborates closely with clients, establishing a partnership that allows her to leverage a nuanced understanding of their business and a deep working knowledge of their product. This, in turn, informs her holistic approach when litigating or providing advice on regulatory compliance or mitigating liability risk.
