Third Annual Supreme Court Rapid Response Webinar: Trump v. CASA, Inc.
This year's rapid response webinar will focus on Trump v. CASA, Inc., the Supreme Court’s recent decision in the litigation challenging President Trump’s attempts to limit birthright citizenship by executive order. The event will examine both the important procedural issue the court decided — whether and how litigants can obtain nationwide relief when challenging potentially unconstitutional or illegal federal government policies — and the implications of the decision for the ultimate resolution of the constitutional challenge to President Trump’s birthright citizenship order.
