Join us for the King County Bar Association MLK Keynote Reception 2026, hosted at Seattle University School of Law on January 15, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

This annual gathering honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by bringing together members of the legal community, students, faculty, and leaders committed to justice, equity, and service.

This year’s program features two distinguished keynote speakers:

  • Cornell Brooks, civil rights attorney, professor, and former president of the NAACP
  • Washington State Attorney General Nick Brown, a dedicated public servant and advocate for civil rights and community safety

Guests will enjoy a thoughtful and inspiring program set in the Sullivan Hall 2nd Floor Gallery, with opportunities for networking, conversation, and reflection. Light refreshments will be served.
