Berle XV: Perspectives on Pritchard and Thompson’s A History of Securities Law in the Supreme Court
Our second 2023 symposium — Berle XV — takes as its starting point Adam Pritchard and Bob Thompson’s deeply researched and provocative book, A History of Securities Law in the Supreme Court. Each presenter and other participants will share and discuss their perspectives on securities law in light of Adam and Bob’s significant contribution to our understanding of the field. The papers presented and discussed at the live event will be published in a special symposium edition of the Seattle Law Review.
