Externship Description

The Allen Institute is a nonprofit medical research organization dedicated to open science. Work closely with Allen Institute legal department on a wide range of issues including contracts, intellectual property, licensing, employment, immigration, research collaborations, regulatory matters, legal research, corporate governance and policies. The legal intern will support the legal department on projects, draft and review contracts, assist with nonprofit corporate governance matters, and provide legal research.
