The Cannabis Law Society (CLAW) sprang with the same optimism that drove Washington voters to approve I-502, a voter referendum calling on the State government to allow and regulate the sale and production of cannabis products for recreational use. Founded in 2013, CLAW closely follows the legal cannabis industry of Washington State, its myriad legal concerns, and national drug policy. CLAW's goal is to educate students on current issues and policies regarding cannabis on both a local and national level.
