Angela Trout is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Lawyering Skills.

Professor Trout practiced for approximately 12 years in Public Finance, serving as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower's counsel, representing governmental issuers (including States, cities, public utility districts, U.S. territories, economic development authorities and other governmental agencies), underwriters and borrowers in connection with the debt financing of governmental projects operations, focusing primarily on public power, water, wastewater, solid waste disposal and recycling facilities; maritime port, airport, highway, transportation and transit facilities; and convention center, hotel and other economic development projects.

Professor Trout received her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 2005, and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in 2006.  She is admitted to practice in Washington State.
