Raegen N. Rasnic is a shareholder in the firm of Skellenger Bender, P.S. Her practice focuses on adoption and assisted reproduction (including the representation of prospective parents, donors, and surrogates), contested domestic relations litigation, and the defense of health care professionals in licensing and disciplinary proceedings.

Raegen is a graduate of Oberlin College and the University of California - Hastings College of the Law. She practiced briefly as a union-side labor lawyer, then spent two years at the Supreme Court of Washington before joining Skellenger Bender. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. In 2005, she was appointed to Washington's Legislative Study Panel on Adoption.

Raegen volunteers her time with Legal Voice and was a 2005 recipient of the organization's Cynthia Gillespie Award as part of the pro bono Marriage Equality Team responsible for litigating Andersen v. King County. Raegen was also a member of the pro bono litigation team responsible for Parentage of L.B., and has represented Legal Voice and the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington several times as amicus curiae counsel to the Supreme Court of Washington and Washington Courts of Appeal. She is also proud to serve on the National Center for Lesbian Rights' National Family Law Advisory Council.
