Linda Fang is the principal and co-founder of Banyan Legal Counsel, a boutique law firm located in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood. The firm focuses on helping small businesses comply with ever-changing regulations and employment laws, navigate business relationships, and manage disputes, with a special interest in working with women- and minority-owned businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Linda currently serves on the board of the Ethnic Business Coalition, a nonprofit dedicated to developing, promoting, and improving the growth, sustainability, and success of immigrant- and minority-owned businesses in Seattle and Washington. She is also a volunteer attorney with Wayfind, which serves nonprofits and microenterprises, a former board member of the Women's Business Exchange, a former member and past-chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Editorial Advisory Committee, and a former member of WSBA's Diversity Committee.
