Lauren Parris Watts is a partner at Helsell Fetterman LLP, representing and advising individual clients and small to medium-sized business clients primarily in employment matters. She counsels clients on a variety of issues, including compensation and severance agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation restrictions, disability accommodations, FMLA and other leave rights and misconduct investigations. She also represents her clients in lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation.

Lauren graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a degree in International Studies and then returned to her Pacific Northwest home to pursue her law degree at Seattle University School of Law. During law school she worked in the Ronald A.
