Jessica Wolfe is a Staff Attorney at the Washington Appellate Project, where she represents clients in appeals of their criminal convictions, civil commitments, and terminations of parental rights. She previously worked at the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington, where she litigated class action cases protecting the rights of people incarcerated in county jails. Prior to that, she clerked for the Honorable Ronald M. Gould on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Jessica holds a law degree from the University of Washington, where she was a Gates Public Service Law Scholar, and a Master of Studies in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.
