
Jeffrey Grantis a shareholder at Skellenger Bender, P.S. and has a wide ranging litigation and trial practice-both in civil and criminal cases. Professor Grant has represented people and businesses in a variety of matters-both as plaintiffs and defendants-in Washington and elsewhere, in state and federal courts, at trial and on appeal.
Professor Grant is a member of Seattle University's Board of Regents (and a past President), the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the William Dwyer Inn of Court (and a past President), the Board of Directors of Columbia Legal Services, and the Legal Committee of the ACLU of Washington. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Washington School of Law, participated as an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), and has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating ("AV").
Professor Grant has authored written law review articles for scholarly and professional publications and spoken at a variety of professional seminars.
