
Barbara Frost has extensive experience as an arbitrator and civil attorney. She served as a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Seattle for 17 years, responsible for settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial of civil cases including torts, workers’ compensation, land use and employment issues. She is currently an arbitrator for the King County Superior Court and has also served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. She has also worked for many political campaigns and was Counsel to the Seattle-King County Ombudsman. She is listed in Who's Who in American Law.
Ms. Frost has participated in numerous State and Local Bar Association Committees including Chairing the Judicial Evaluation Committee I. She formerly served on the Boards of the Seward Park Clay Studio, Washington Appleseed, Washington Women Lawyers, and was a member of the IRB for the Benaroya Research Institute. Ms. Frost also served as the Vice President of the Board of the Puget Sound Blood and Tissue Center (now Bloodworks). Ms. Frost also directs a free legal information clinic that links urban attorneys with clients in rural areas. The clinic operates over Skype and serves the community in South King County, WA.
