Unbundled legal services is a vital emerging market for lawyers. This CLE will provide you the information, resources and practical advice to help you improve your practice if you are currently using unbundled legal services or help you see how best to introduce it to your practice.


Co-hosted by the WSBA Low Bono Section and Seattle University School of Law CLE, the 2nd Annual Low Bono Conference will provide practical advice on providing your clients with exactly the services they need, when they need them, without wasting time, money or resources. Topics include:

  • How unbundled services work and how it is currently being applied by lawyers;
  • How to explain unbundled legal services to clients;
  • The roles of drafting, negotiation, research and brief services.

Additional important issued to be covered will include:

  • Fee structures;
  • How to use a website to offer low bono services; and
  • Dealing with the stresses of working with clients.
