My scholarship tends to address the law of globalization as it impacts the relationship between the global North and South. Two pieces that expressly implicate social justice issues are Crumbs from the Table: The Syrophoenician Woman and International Law and Complexity Theory and the Horizontal Dimensions of State Responsibility. I am currently working on an article that examines the standard of compensation for the taking of foreign investments, an issue of interest to developing countries.
