During her time on this board, she served as the governor chair of the WSBA Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council for three years. She also served on the Board of Directors of Domestic Relations Attorneys of Washington (DRAW) and has volunteered for the Kinship Care Project and the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. She has practiced family law and estate planning in the Pacific Northwest since 2008. She has a B.A. from McGill University and a J.D. from Dalhousie Law School.
