Dickinson ‘20 As an attorney, Dickinson represents emerging companies and venture capital funds, as well as buyers and sellers in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and asset purchases. He also represents veterans in pro bono matters ranging from records appeals to special compensation matters. Additionally, Dickinson is an adjunct professor of law at Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches contract drafting. Prior to his legal career, Dickinson served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer, serving as a platoon leader, executive officer, and staff officer. He received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service while deployed to the Republic of Korea.
