Constitutional Law II (CNLW-300-E)

The first-day assignment is as follows:

  1. Please read and come prepared to discuss pp.1177-1240 (if you are using the 5th edition of the book, equivalent pages start on p.1235 and go through the introductory discussion of prior restraints; you might also want to quickly familiarize yourself with Arizona v. Gilbert and Matel v. Tom, which are new cases in this section).
  2. Please send me an email that includes your name, your pronouns, any help you want to give me with pronunciation, who you took con law I with, and your availability to schedule makeup classes at any of the following times (right before our regular class times, right after our regular class times, around 6 PM Tues/Thurs, around 7:30 PM Tues/Thurs).
