Practicums

Practicums are experiential courses where students learn about a substantive area of law in-depth in a classroom setting, then apply that learning to hand’s-on work in the Practicum’s legal focus area. With this real-world experience, students gain legal skills and knowledge that should prove valuable as students transition into and begin the actual practice of law. Practicums fulfill the professional skills requirement, but do not count toward clinic or externship credit limits.
