Refund Policy

• Students will be notified immediately if significant changes are made to programming or course offerings
• Students may withdraw and receive a full refund within 20 days if changes occur prior to program beginning
• If, after the commencement of the program, because of State Department warnings or travel alerts, a student chooses to withdraw from the program, or the program is terminated, students will be refunded fees paid up to the date of termination of the program or the student's withdrawal from the program.
• In other cases, students may withdraw from the program, but no refund is available.
