- Submit your application early for the best chance to secure a spot and your first choice of course.
- You are required to log into the Seattle University Horizons Travel Page and complete the requested information.
- Any participating student who does not complete their Horizons page by the deadline of April 27 will be subject to a $125 late penalty fee.
- We must submit all applicant information to the State Department for processing by April 30.

Students are accepted based on rolling admissions
Eligibility
To apply, students must:
- Have completed one year of full- or part-time study from a U.S. law school
- Have at least a 2.0 GPA and be in good standing at their home institution
- Be academically capable of studying in an intense study abroad environment
- Be able to adapt to new environments, be civil, be flexible and work well with others.
- Provide a faculty reference.
- Note: Law students outside the U.S. are welcome to apply to the program. Contact the Director of the Madrid Program in UCIIIM.

Complete the application form with accompanying materials; submit in one of three ways:

- Email the completed application form and accompanying materials to Deirdre Bowen with the subject line "Madrid Summer Application"
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your submission, you should assume that your application was not received.
- Your $500 deposit check is a required part of the application materials. Mail it to the address provided below.
