Refund Policy

If the Seattle University School of Law Madrid Study Abroad Program makes significant changes to its course offerings or programming, students will be notified immediately.  If these events occur prior to the commencement of the program, students may withdraw and receive a full refund within 20 days of the cancellation of the program or a student's withdrawal from the program.

If, after the commencement of the program, because of State Department warnings or travel alerts, a student chooses to withdraw from the program, or the program is terminated, students will be refunded fees paid up to the date of termination of the program or the student's withdrawal from the program, except for room and board fees.

In other cases, students may withdraw from the program, but no refund is available.
