Services

The Instructional Technology department is here to support and enhance faculty teaching, research and curriculum by providing robust services in the following areas: Online Technology Tutorials, Classroom Audio-Visual Equipment, Recording Services, Video Conferencing Support, Telephone Conferencing support, Checkout Services for specialized equipment like microphones and laser pointers, exploring new trends through a monthly Instructional Technology Newsletter, as well as providing assessment recommendations for new technologies explored through various Pilot Study Initiatives.

The majority of these services are intended for faculty use and can be requested by faculty and their administrative assistants through our Service Request Forms. However, students and departments organizing guest speaker events and training sessions can make arrangements through Event Administration or Student Life for these services. Note: Requests need to be submitted a week in advance, and some services are subject to limitations based on resources and priority.
