
Barbara Frost

Biography
Barbara Frost has extensive experience as an arbitrator and civil attorney. She served as Senior Assistant City Attorney for 17 years, responsible for settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial of civil cases including torts, workers compensation, land use and employment issues. She has been an arbitrator for the King County Superior Court for 20 years and for the American Arbitration Association for the past two years. She has worked on political campaigns and as Counsel to the Omsbudsman.
Ms. Frost has participated in numerous State and Local Bar Association Committees including Chairing the Judicial Evaluation Committee. She currently serves on the Board of the Seward Park Art Studio, the IRB for the Benaroya Research Institute, and the Board of Washington Appleseed. Ms. Frost has also served in the past on the Board of the Puget Sound Blood and Tissue Center.
