Federal Law Clerk Information System – Information about many Federal judges accepting applications both through OSCAR and on paper.

BYU Judicial Clerkship Database – Consortium of Northwest law schools. Database includes information on federal and state clerkships organized by location. Contact CPD for the username and password.

Federal Court Clerkships

OSCAR System – The online application system used by the majority of Federal judges. You will need to register as a user before you can begin researching judges. Click on the “applicant registration” tab and fill in the information requested.

Judicial Biographies – This is a great site for researching judges to find ones that would be a good fit, whether ideologically, by temperament, interests, or otherwise.

State Court Clerkships

WA Division I Clerkship Information – The 10 judges in Division I are located in downtown Seattle and decide civil, criminal, and administrative appeals from the superior courts of six Washington counties.

WA Division II Clerkship Information –The 7 judges and 2 commissioners in Division II are located in Tacoma.
